  • Premium Material & Wear/Fatigue Resistance: Punch/die adopts high-performance cold work die steel such as Cr12MoV, SKD11 and DC53, treated with vacuum quenching + deep cryogenic treatment, hardness ≥HRC60, compressive strength ≥2500MPa, excellent wear resistance, capable of withstanding high-frequency bending impact; mold base adopts 45# steel and S50C steel, high rigidity and small deformation, ensuring mold guiding and positioning precision.​
  • Precision Forming & Anti-rebound Optimization: Rebound compensation design is carried out through CAE simulation, bending angle tolerance ≤±0.1°, fillet dimension tolerance ≤±0.05mm, flatness ≤0.02mm/m, bending parts have no wrinkles or cracks, surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm, good dimensional consistency, product qualification rate ≥99.2%.​
